Battery Remanufacturing

Once the refining process is complete, we transform the extracted materials into high-quality secondary raw materials. These materials can be used in the production of new batteries and other electronic products, significantly reducing the demand for virgin resources.

The need for effective recycling and recovery solutions for the fundamental components of EVs and renewable energy storage systems, such as lithium batteries and ternary batteries, is growing as demand for these technologies rises. The batteries’ lithium, cobalt, and nickel content is essential for long-term energy storage and renewable power generation.

Cathode, anode, electrolyte, and separator are the main components of lithium batteries. Nickel, the colours cobalt and manganese are used in the cathode of ternary batteries, a subcategory of lithium-ion batteries. These factors add complexity to the already important process of recycling and recovery.
